Starfield is getting an update this evening as Bethesda has revealed a first look at the expansion Shattered Space.
As part of today’s Xbox Games Showcase, Microsoft and Bethesda showed off a trailer for the expansion, which shows off a distinct space horror vibe.
Although there is still no release date set for it, it will be released only in 2024.
It begins, like all good space horror, with a distress call from an unknown origin. And something doesn’t seem right.
The trailer shows a lot of ghostly images, as well as mentions of House Maroon and a large serpent. It also feels a bit like Prey.
As for the update, it will arrive tonight and include new gear, new rewards, and new custom content from Bethesda and various community content creators.
The expansion’s release was confirmed in AprilHowever, the lack of a confirmed date will be disappointing for fans.
