Dead Island 2 It’s receiving a free update next month that will add a new co-op horde mode known as Neighborhood Watch and New Game Plus.
“Taking place over the span of five fictional days, Neighborhood Watch sees a group of college kids — the Bobcats — protect their frat house from a zombie horde,” reads Description of Neighborhood Watch“In the beginning, you and your friends complete a variety of missions, set traps, and stockpile weapons as you prepare your defense.

In addition to this new Horde mode, the upcoming update will also include New Game Plus. This will allow players to return to LA (or, Hell A, as the Dead Island 2 team calls it) for another crack at the main story, but with an extra skill slot and an increased level cap.
Apart from that, it will also feature some new skins, enemies, weapons, and an increased difficulty level for players to hack and slash.
This free update will arrive on October 22nd, coinciding with the release of Dead Island 2 . ultimate Edition. This edition will include the original game as well as both story expansions (House and Sola) and several weapon and skin packs. It will also include New Game Plus and Neighborhood Watch when it releases next month.
