Video Games Europe and the European Games Developer Federation (EGDF) released their report outlining the state of Europe’s video game sector. Key findings show that 75% of European gamers are adults, with an average age of 31.4 years. The total workforce grew by 6.7% to around 115,000, while industry revenues in key markets grew by 5% to €25.7 billion. Women now make up 24.4% of the workforce, up 1.3% from last year. The report highlights the need for a strong EU strategy to address the skills gap and support talent development, which is crucial to sustaining growth in Europe’s dynamic gaming sector.

Crunchyroll expands Indian language dubs with seven new anime releases
Crunchyroll plans to stream Indian language dubs for seven anime titles.
