Dragon Age: The Veilguard It’ll let you avoid death altogether as part of its extensive difficulty customization options, which also let you manually adjust player and enemy health.
As detailed in Game InformerBioWare has included a range of set difficulty levels, and an additional option that allows you to customize your playing experience in even more detail.
Valguard’s base levels are named Storyteller, Adventurer, and Nightmare – the latter of which is permanent, while the former can be switched between. There’s also another option, Unbound, which offers instant difficulty editing.
Unbound options include enabling aim assist or auto-aim if you wish to do so, adjusting the difficulty of blocking enemy attacks, increasing your own damage output, and even changing the general health pool of enemies and how much they’ll press you in battle. Finally, there’s the option to disable death altogether, so you’ll never see a Game Over screen.

BioWare took the wraps off Dragon Age: The Veilguard last month after several years of development. There’s still no launch date, but it looks like the long-awaited role-playing game is now very close to release.
