According to Vaatividya’s fascinating video Amazing Secrets in the Shadow of the Aardtree DLC, Scadoo The word comes from archaic English and is pronounced “sha-doo” rather than “ska-doo”… which, to be honest, makes more sense given the DLC’s subtitle.
