Sony’s LEGO game based on Guerrilla’s Horizon series will launch on both PlayStation 5 and PC on day one, it’s being claimed.
The latest information on this not-yet-announced project comes from reliable leaker Bilbil-kun. DLabsThat said, we can expect to hear more about the LEGO Horizon game as part of the Summer Games Fest in the coming days.
Bilbil-kun wrote, “Moreover, the pre-order phase of the game will open right after this announcement. Thus, we can also conclude that we will most likely get to see a gameplay trailer during the Summer Game Fest 2024.”
Bilbil-kun said they were unsure when the Horizon Lego game would be released, adding that it would be playable in both single-player and co-op, with cross-platform support.
It will come in two editions, the standard and a ‘deluxe’ edition, though it’s not yet clear what this deluxe edition will be called or how much the game will retail for. Bilbil-kun said there’s also mention of “in-app purchases”, but he doesn’t know more about that yet.
Finally, Sony’s upcoming LEGO Horizon game on PC will require users to have a PSN account. This is similar to Sony’s other recent PC announcements, such as ‘Until Dawn’ and ‘God of War’ Ragnarok,
We The rumoured Horizon project was first revealed last monthWhile leaker Kurakasis suggested that “Sony is working on something in collaboration with LEGO”, he further added that it is “related” to a well-known series and that an announcement is “expected to be made soon”.
