“I would like an outside opinion on this. This is an ongoing issue that I have spoken to them about several times.
My wife makes less money than me and she is someone who likes to make gifts for people herself. The problem is that she will do it even if the person doesn’t want it. I’ll use myself as an example. For the past few years, she has made every single gift I’ve ever given her.
No matter what I ask for, I get a homemade gift, whether it’s cheap or not. Last Christmas, I asked for some new things, and I got a homemade scarf. I always give her the stuff she wants. I’ve talked to her about it several times.”
